PACH Program

The PACH program is a sub program of the Heart Centre at St Paul’s Hospital (SPH). SPH offers the full complement of cardiac services for adults with Congenital Heart Disease -- cardiac tests, procedures, and surgery.

1988

The PACH Clinic was established at Shaugnessy Hospital in response to a growing need for specialized health services for adults with congenital heart disease

1993

PACH clinic moved to St Paul’s Hospital

2004

Cardiac Obstetrics clinic established to care for women with congenital or acquired heart disease.

2008

Pulmonary hypertension clinic established

2014

Heritable Aortopathies clinic opens to provide specialist care for individuals with conditions of the aorta associated with connective tissue diseases.

Expansion on the Connective Tissue clinic from primarily patients with the diagnosis of Marfan syndrome to many other Aortopathies.
