Where did you complete most of your training?
San Francisco, Seattle, and London.

What is your special area of interest?
I am interested in how imaging of the heart helps us understand pump function, bicuspid aortic valves, and Eisenmengers/cyanotic heart disease.

What is the best thing about working in CHD?
I enjoy the fact that the patients themselves are all unique with great stories about how they face their varied challenges. They are a wonderful group of people to work with.

What is one thing that you think that all patients with CHD should know?
CHD is a lifelong journey. Our goal is to help patients cope with their condition with as little impact as possible on their life.

If you weren’t a doctor, what would you be?
I would probably be a Carpenter.

Do you have any interesting hobbies or talents or pets?
I like running, hiking, skiing, woodworking, and spending time with my 4 boys
