All over Canada; Ottawa, Saskatoon, Toronto, and Calgary.

What is your special area of interest?
Adult Congenital Heart Disease, Cardiac Disease in Pregnancy, Genetic Aortopathy

What is the best thing about working in CHD?
Working with young patients and supporting them in maintaining their health while transitioning through important life stages.

What is one thing that you think that all patients with CHD should know?
The symptoms that are worrisome; when to call their CHD doctor and when to go to the ER.

If you weren’t a doctor, what would you be?
Medical Journalist.

Do you have any interesting hobbies or talents or pets?
I have two busy kids (aged 2 and 6) so we try to spend our free time doing things as a family. We also have a mini Schnauzer, a cat, and a new Westie puppy so our house is busy. My son is heavily lobbying to add a lizard to our family but we are resisting!
